**Training Program in Perioperative Medicine and Management**
The Scandinavian Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine (SSAI) offers a 2.5-year Perioperative Medicine and Management (PoMM) program starting autumn 2025, with applications open until March 16th, 2025.

This program aims to enhance organisational practices and improve perioperative care, patient safety, and resource utilisation for anaesthesiologists specialising in perioperative medicine.
The curriculum includes five five-day courses across Nordic countries, focusing on perioperative medicine, management, and multi-professional teamwork, culminating in a “Director of Perioperative Medicine and Management” qualification.
Participants will complete a literature review, patient pathway analysis, and an implementation project focused on a single clinical problem.

**Training Program in Pain Medicine Education**
This 2-year program includes five theoretical courses, a 3-month clinical training period in a university-based multidisciplinary pain clinic, and a project or survey. Applications open until April 15, 2025

The program accommodates 45 participants from various medical specialities across the Nordic countries, and it is conducted in English.
It aims to generate new knowledge and enhance the quality of care in the field of pain medicine.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive the Diploma in Advanced Pain Medicine from the SSAI and be entitled to use the title NDAPM (Nordic Diploma in Advanced Pain Medicine).
